Cancellation Policy

I know things can happen sometimes, therefore a 48 hours text message reminder will be sent out. Upon receiving text message reminder please notify me if you can make your appointment.

If you fail to notify me within a 48 hour window these are the steps that we take for rebooking:

24 HOUR NOTICES

Results in a 50 % percent charge of the reserved appointment before rebooking your next.

NO SHOW

100 percent charge and if you want to rebook you will have to prepay your base service price and will be charged any additional charges the day of appointment

If you are running late:

I always plan a 15 minute grace period as I know things can happen. If you run over and we end up not having enough time for your full booked service. You will still be charged for the booked service even if you did not receive it. If you run more than 30 minutes behind, you will have to be rescheduled and a 50 dollar fee will be added to your next appointment.

Consultation

Consultations for coloring services are 50 dollars and will be applied to the service if your appointment is within 10 weeks. If I haven’t seen you in 8 months, you are considered a new client and will have to book a new consultation.

Consultations for hair extensions are 100 unless you end up booking that day with your deposit payment.

Adjustment services

If you are needing to make any adjustments to your hair color, you have 48 hours to notify me.

Look changes

If you are wanting to switch up your look, contact Tania as soon as possible, as your designated time slot might not be enough time and you will have to be scheduled for a suited time slot. Keep in mind that Tania books out 8-10 weeks

Canceling and rescheduling your appointments

Tania books out 8-10 weeks, therefore rescheduling your appointments last minute can be difficult and is not considerate towards her pre booked appointments. Tania’s rescheduling policy will let you move your appointment once a quarter, if you are rescheduling more than that, you will be scheduled with her assistants or further appointments will be canceled out of respect to her existing pre booked clients.
